 We are happy to accept returns on merchandise.  We will accept returns for unworn merchandise, with tags attached, within 10 days for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders.  Please note that:

-The jewelry must be unworn. 
-The original tag needs to be attached.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.  If it was our mistake (wrong product, damaged product), we will of course pay for the return shipping costs.

To return your order, please include the product (with tags attached), along with the original invoice.  When we receive the product, we will send an email confirmation.  Please allow up to 20 days to complete the return process. 

Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchange.  Please follow the returns procedure to send the return piece back to us and we would be happy to process your new order for the pieces you want instead.
