FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

JEWELRY CARE:

All the pieces on JewelryStorm are selected with a focus on quality to support our mission of bringing you the latest styles at affordable prices.  The majority of the pieces we sell on the site are costume jewelry (although we do carry stainless steel and sterling silver as well).  Costume jewelry is typically assembled using brass, steel, and gold/silver plating.  Stones are made of glass, beads, or bearings.  These materials may fade over time in the normal course of wearing. To help prevent long-term wear/tear, please see below for some tips! 

  1. As you get ready for a night out, make sure to avoid contact with moisture/chemicals, including perfume, soap, water, lotions, hair spray, and drinks.  Avoid washing your hands while still wearing your rings, as moisture can cause these pieces to tarnish.
  2. If your jewelry becomes wet from contact with water, dry with a soft, clean cloth or tissue paper.  Also make sure to wipe your jewelry after wearing to remove moisture from sweat and natural body oils.
  3. Costume pieces will oxidize over the long term from exposure to the air.  To help prevent this, make sure to store pieces in a cool, dry area.  We suggest storing your sparkles in the JewelryStorm boxes we ship to you. 

    SHIPPING:

    When will my JewelryStorm order ship?

    All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail.

    Orders will ship within 2-5 business (M-F) days of purchase.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation, along with a tracking number.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, to select countries. Click HERE to see our International Order policy.   Please note that the prices we display do not include custom fees, taxes, and duties.  All such custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Occasionally, custom authorities may delay delivery of packages.  We will ship your order with the value placed directly on the package.  Note that international orders may not contain tracking.     How will my sparkles arrive?

    Your sparkles arrive in premier packaging with one of our signature, vibrant colored ribbons, which is hand wound by our shipping team. 

    RETURNS:

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes, we are happy to accept returns on merchandise.  We will accept returns for unworn merchandise, with tags attached, within 10 days for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders.  Please note that:

    -The jewelry must be unworn. 
    -The original tag needs to be attached.

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.  If it was our mistake (wrong product, damaged product), we will of course pay for the return shipping costs.

    To return your order, please include the product (with tags attached), along with the original invoice.  When we receive the product, we will send an email confirmation.  Please allow up to 20 days to complete the return process. 

    Did you receive my return yet?

    You will receive an email notification from us when we process your refund. Please allow 20 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. 

    How can I ship my return back to JewelryStorm?

    Please use the address provided in your shipment (shipping label). You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.    

    What if I can’t find my original invoice?

    Please print out the order confirmation email or the order information in your JewelryStorm account. If you can’t find either of it, please reach out to us at customerservice@jewelrystorm.com.

     Do you accept exchange?

    Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchange.  Please follow the returns procedure to send the return piece back to us and we would be happy to process your new order for the pieces you want instead.

    PAYMENT & BILLING:

    What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

    PROMOTIONS:

    Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?

    Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders. 

    Are any items excluded from promotion codes?

    No, promotions can be applied to all items.  

    PRIVACY POLICY:

    JewelryStorm respects your privacy and will never give away any personal information that you provide during your visit. Personal information provided will only be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package.
